About BoundSure®
Supporting safer, more consistent Mental Health First Aid practice in the workplace
Who We Are
BoundSure® was developed by Transpire Training, a UK training provider specialising in workplace mental health and wellbeing.
For over eight years, we've been delivering Mental Health First Aid training to organisations across the UK, helping employers build awareness, develop supportive workplace cultures and equip people with the skills to support colleagues experiencing mental health difficulties.
We strongly believe in the value of Mental Health First Aid and workplace peer support. Having someone approachable and trained to listen, recognise when a colleague may be struggling and offer initial support can make a real difference.
But we also recognise that good intentions and initial training alone aren't always enough.

Through almost a decade of delivering Mental Health First Aid training, we heard the same questions coming up time and again.
Why We Developed BoundSure®
That's why we developed BoundSure®: to put sensible guardrails around Mental Health First Aid without overcomplicating the role or placing unnecessary responsibility on those providing support.
“What if someone keeps coming back to me for support and I don't know what else to do?”
“What if someone tells me they're having suicidal thoughts but asks me not to tell anyone?”
“What if someone discloses abuse
to me?”
We also heard from organisations wanting to better support their Mental Health First Aiders and establish clearer expectations around the role.
We strongly believe in workplace peer support, but it needs clear boundaries, practical guidance and appropriate organisational support.

What We Do
BoundSure® builds on existing Mental Health First Aid training rather than replacing it.
Through CPD-accredited digital and Live Training, practical resources and workplace guidance, we help Mental Health First Aiders navigate the realities of their role and support organisations in establishing clearer expectations and more consistent practice.
BOUND™
Our approach is built around the BOUND™ framework, covering boundaries, oversight, confidentiality, navigating challenging situations and self-care.
Everything we develop is designed to be practical, accessible and straightforward to apply in real workplaces.
What We Believe
We believe Mental Health First Aid has an important role to play in workplace wellbeing, and that peer support works best when people understand both what they can offer and where their responsibilities end.
Mental Health First Aiders shouldn't feel responsible for fixing every problem, and organisations shouldn't expect them to.
Our aim is to help employers build Mental Health First Aid programmes that are safe, consistent and sustainable without introducing unnecessary complexity.
Because supporting others shouldn't mean taking on more than your role allows.
